Healthiest-Ever Vanilla Milkshake

- 3 cups of almond milk, or substitute your milk to choice – divided in half
- Stevia, or other sweetener – added to taste
- 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
In a bowl, mix together 1 ½ cups of milk, vanilla extract, and your choice of sweetener. Pour the mixture into a glass container or measuring cup with a pour spout, and fill up an ice cube try with the milk mixture. Put the tray in the freezer until the cubes are solid. In a blender (I love my Vitamix S50), combine the frozen cubes with the remaining 1 ½ cups of milk and blend until smooth and creamy. Depending on how thick you like your milkshake, add less or more milk!
